Return Policy

Digital products will receive no refunds. Once purchased you have sole responsibility to ensure it is compatible with your programs and machines. 

 

Physical product returns can be requested within 5 days of receiving the product. If you do not contact Kindred Creatives within that time window, you will be responsible for the full cost of the product.
